FCA Huddles are either team specific or multi-sport gatherings of athletes who come together to study the Bible, to grow in community with one another and to reach their teammates.
On a middle school, high school or college campus, these groups are student-led and typically take place on school grounds. Campus huddles operate under the direction of a huddle coach who advises the FCA student-athlete leaders. In all non-campus sport environments, huddles can be led by coaches, athletes, adult volunteers or FCA staff.
A Character Coach is an FCA trained volunteer who engages, equips, and empowers coaches and athletes through character and leadership development. Character Coaches can work with entire teams to provide training and resources for character development and life management skills and/or, they can serve teams through more spiritually-focused, optional chapels.
FCA Camps takes the best attributes of an athletic-focused camp and a spiritual-focused camp and combines them into an athletic/spiritual experience like none other – to reconnect with your passion for sport and clearly see and hear Christ’s passion for you!
Locally, our FCA Day Camp is for entering 3rd – 8th graders where high school and college student-athletes have the opportunity to serve as huddle leaders. Whether you’d attend as a camper or a leader, it’s an absolute blast! Check out the latest highlight reel.
FCA also offers camps for athletes all over the globe. Check out fcacamps.org for more info!
