THANKS FOR BEING A TABLE HOST!

You play a crucial role in the success of this event.


HOW TO HOST A TABLE:

Contact each potential adult guest. Utilize the materials provided — textable phone graphic, social media promos, etc. Please make sure your guests are aware that while there is no cost to attend, this is a fundraising event.

When your table is full click here to register your guests. You’ll be asked to enter guest first names, last names and email addresses. If you have more than 10 guests, register your additional guests as a second table, and we’ll sit them close by. If you have changes to your guest list after registration, please email them to Liz Gwinn at lgwinn@fca.org. Please remember to register yourself and your spouse (if applicable).

Dinner will be served. If any of your guests have food allergies, please let us know by March 28th, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Please remind your guests often and the day before the banquet. Guests will receive an email reminder from us per the email address provided during guest registration. Guest check-in will begin at 5:30 pm, and the banquet will begin promptly at 6:00 pm.

If someone CANNOT attend, but wants to meet with an FCA staff person, please let us know!
